women experience pregnancy or infant loss.

1 in 6
people globally are affected by infertility.

Yet these topics are still taboo -

leaving many women isolated with feelings of guilt and shame.

The psychological impact of pregnancy loss is often overlooked: 90% of women desire follow-up care from their physician, only 30% receive it.

Women dealing with infertility have depression and anxiety levels similar to those with cancer, H.I.V. and heart disease.

Healing, Together.

Rhea is a community for those seeking a safe space to share their stories, ask for support or resources or to offer support to others. Our community is just getting started and will evolve based on what our members need the most. Be a part of a movement to give women the support they need throughout their journeys to motherhood and beyond.

Women say the best support after pregnancy loss is

talking to others

who’ve been through it.

From our Founder

Hi, I’m Monica, and I want you to know you’re not alone. My journey through pregnancy loss, infertility, and ultimately into motherhood opened my eyes to the deep gaps in women's health. Through countless conversations with women navigating similar experiences, one thing kept surfacing — a longing for community.

At Rhea, I’m sharing my story, including a traumatic miscarriage, a life-threatening ectopic pregnancy, a four-year journey to motherhood and most recently a second-trimester pregnancy loss that became a catalyst for this community. Thank you for being here and for trusting in what we're building together.

Our Mission

At Rhea, our mission is to empower women to step into their reproductive power.

After miscarriage or an infertility diagnosis, many women feel as if their bodies—and they themselves—have failed. We’re here to change that. Each of these experiences, even the painful ones, is a reminder of the incredible, life-giving power within us—a gift that deserves to be honored and celebrated.

By creating a safe space for women to share their stories, we’re helping normalize conversations around pregnancy loss and infertility. We believe grieving doesn’t need to be hidden or fit into a timeline. With the space and support to heal, we can process, find strength, and ultimately, move forward with love.
